Launched in 2021, Mother's Daughter Card Studio has been a dream of mother-daughter design team, Marta and Allison. What started out as a craft hobby, using paper, stamps, and embellishments inherited from Marta's mother, Pearl, has become our shared passion and an outlet for creative expression. Embedded into every Mother's Daughter Card Studio design is the promise that our handmade cards will make someone's day. We take pride in each meticulous design and use careful craftsmanship to create a perfectly finished card and envelope. From special occasions to just because, a handcrafted card says it all.
Our inspiration and mentor, Pearl, was an independent woman, an entrepreneur, and an artist. The center of every family event, big or small, she is remembered by us as the picture of elegance and the life of the party. Ever glamorous, she wore a signature perfume and a ring on every finger, but she had a knack for straightforward honesty and relished in giving advice. She cared about people and building relationships-- even in her absence she remains the foundation of who we are and what we do at Mother's Daughter Card Studio.
